📦 Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During busy periods (sales or holidays), please allow an extra 1–3 days for dispatch.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other reliable couriers.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.
PetNex is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact support@petnex.com.au within 12 hours so we can help update it before dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
You can use this link to check the real-time delivery status at any time.
⚠️ Delays or Missing Parcels
We do our best to deliver every order on time, but occasionally external factors (e.g. courier delays, weather disruptions) may affect delivery.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at support@petnex.com.au with your order number so we can investigate promptly.
